Who we are

Gressett Chiropractic PA is the legal name of the business that owns and operates this practice. The practice does business as, and is publicly known as, More Life Chiropractic. Both names refer to one and the same business, at one location, under one ownership.

Gressett Chiropractic PA, doing business as More Life Chiropractic, owns and operates the website at morelife-chiro.com, collects every consent described in these Terms, and is the sole sender of every text message sent under this messaging program. Wherever these Terms, our consent checkboxes, our Privacy Policy or a text message from us say “More Life Chiropractic,” “we,” “us” or “our,” that means Gressett Chiropractic PA doing business as More Life Chiropractic.

No other company, brand, agency, marketing partner or affiliate sends text messages to our patients on our behalf or under any other name, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else. More Life Chiropractic is our only trade name.

Agreement to these terms

By visiting morelife-chiro.com, submitting a form on this website, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or opt in to our messaging program.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of the patient, to submit a form on this website or to consent to receive text messages from us.

SMS terms of service

The following terms apply to the More Life Chiropractic text messaging program. They apply in addition to the rest of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 What messages you will receive

Gressett Chiropractic PA, doing business as More Life Chiropractic, sends text messages only to people who have given express written consent through a form on this website, our patient intake paperwork or in our office. Depending on which consent you gave, you may receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations, including appointment scheduling, rescheduling, confirmation and missed appointment follow ups.
• Care plan and treatment follow ups, including post visit check ins, home care and stretching instructions, and progress check ins on your care plan.
• Billing, intake and office updates, including payment and balance reminders, links to intake or consent paperwork, and notices about our office hours, closures or location.
• Special offers and discounts, including our new patient special, seasonal promotions and other marketing offers from More Life Chiropractic.

The first three categories above are non marketing messages. The fourth category is marketing. These are two separate consents, and we send you only the categories you agreed to receive.

Our messaging program is supported by major United States wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by More Life Chiropractic. Text messages are not a secure or confidential channel, and messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone.

How you give consent

We collect consent to text you through checkboxes on our website forms and on our paper and electronic intake forms. Both checkboxes are optional, neither is selected in advance, and you can submit the form and become a patient without selecting either one. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of scheduling an appointment, receiving care, or purchasing any product or service from us. We send only the message categories matching the boxes you checked yourself.

Every form that collects a phone number carries a link to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy directly beneath the consent checkboxes.

Mobile information and privacy

Gressett Chiropractic PA, doing business as More Life Chiropractic, does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your phone number, your consent to be texted, or any other personal information to lead buyers, lead sellers, data brokers, marketing partners or affiliates. We did not purchase your information from a third party, and we do not text people whose information came to us from anyone other than themselves.

We use service providers, such as our scheduling and messaging platforms, strictly to operate the messaging program on our behalf, under contract, and they may not use your information for their own purposes.

Health information you share with us is handled under our privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, use automated tools to scrape or harvest information from it, or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including a phone number you are not authorized to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so that we stop sending messages to a number you no longer control.

Health information disclaimer

The content on morelife-chiro.com, including any text message you receive from us, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for an in person evaluation by a licensed chiropractor, physician or other qualified health care provider.

Appointments, offers and payment

Appointment times are held for you, and we ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer the time to another patient.

Promotional offers advertised on this website, including any new patient special, are subject to availability, apply only to the services described in the offer, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Where required by law, promotional pricing is not available to beneficiaries of Medicare, Medicaid or other federal or state health care programs, and it may not be available where your insurance plan prohibits it.

You are responsible for charges for services you receive, including any amounts your insurance does not cover.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video and the More Life Chiropractic name and marks, is owned by More Life Chiropractic or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use. Any other copying, republication, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Life Chiropractic and its owners, doctors and staff from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of a phone number or other information you were not authorized to provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, this website or our messaging program will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to the messaging program will be reflected here before they take effect. Your continued use of this website or of our messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
